1. July Monthly meeting
The monthly meeting is moved to July 24, 2013, at noon in the Harappa Room on the 5th floor of King Street Center.
Topics in this newsletter will be covered in more detail at the monthly meeting as needed, and the usual suspects like a treasurer report will make an appearance. Hope to see you there!
2. Committee Members wanted
Please poll your work units for interest in either the Transit Bargaining Committee and/or the Nominations Committee for election of Officers at the 2013 TEA Annual Meeting. Up for election in 2013 (odd numbered year) are the WW and Transit Bargaining Chairs and the Council of Representative's Chair. I have completed the maximum term as Council Chair. Now may be a good time to reflect on how we, as individuals or by encouraging others, could serve in TEA roles.
3. New Wastewater Engineering Titles
Some of you spotted these in the new WW Org chart, they have been in the works for more than 5 years and TEA members wrote the important parts of the language. HR supplied the new title scheme and they are finally official. But not really new.
