As we approach 2004 and 2005, we project that it will be quite a challenge to achieve our productivity goals. The initiative focuses on cuts through efficiency and avoids across the board cuts, a move TEA endorses! In the latest Productivity initiative newsletter, you will see a write-up on Peer Agency Review. Wastewater is assembling teams to go out and survey some of the best agencies in our business. Through information gathering, we expect to learn industry leading strategies these agencies employ to be the best, and adopt those strategies in our own business plans. To do this, we need volunteers to travel there (yes, we do have travel approval ?). If you are interested, get a copy of the team membership form, or see Roger Browne for one. Deadline for submission is October 18, so don't delay! Classified AdsTEA members can post classified ads for free.
